• Responsible for overall technology delivery and engagements; including Architecture, Design, Development, Configurations, Deployments, Migrations, Integrations etc.
• Assist Executive team to develop and expand other technical partnership programs, including Amazon, Microsoft, Google
• Collaborate with strategy and digital marketing teams for driving technical solutions
• Responsible for building the right teams; including recruiting and hiring decisions for Technology division and conducting performance management.

• • 10-12 years of progressive experience in Technology; architecture, design, development
  • At least 4-5 years of people management experience
  • Experience in data, analytics, BI, Cloud, enterprise platforms and web development
  • Foundational understanding of Gen AI and related emerging technologies
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Expertise in leading and growing technology teams
  • Financial and/or Marketing agency experience (preferred)
  • Ability to understand big picture and a strategic thinker

As a BI Developer, you will work with product and technology teams to help design and develop data visualizations and reports in Power BI platforms to make a significant impact in transforming the financial industry.

In this role, you will have following responsibilities – The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with Data Engineers, Project Managers, Product Owners and Business Analysts to:

Responsibilities

• Drive customer conversations to define the requirements and overall technical solutions for data and related applications.
• Help define the metrics and KPI development for effective decision-making.
• Lead the architecture and technical development of KPI dashboards in Power BI / Tableau or Domo.
• Integrate various data sources to create data visualizations based on business requirements.
• Create a data strategy and data model to formulate a unified data layer for bringing metrics data from various data analytics tools.
• Transform and curate the data using Python scripts for visualization readiness.
• Customize visualizations using external JavaScript libraries to enhance the dashboard design as per the user experience requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.
• 4+ years of experience in strategic data planning, standards, procedures, and governance
• 4+ years of experience in data quality engineering, metadata consolidation and integration, metadata model development and maintenance, repository management etc.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in integrating data sources within the Power BI and Domo / Tableau environment.
• 1+ years of experience in Python development.
• 1+ years of experience in Domo / Tableau development preferred.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in implementing and using CI/CD framework technologies such as Jenkins or Bamboo and overall understanding of code management using GIT.
• Experience with technologies and frameworks such as SQL Server, MongoDB, NoSQL.
• Experienced in writing DAX queries.
• Understanding of SSRS, SSAS and SSIS.
• Experience with RESTful Web Service Design
• Experience with Azure, AWS or other Cloud-based PaaS/SaaS environments.
• Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience working as a member of an Agile team.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
